Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking candidates for the Retail Personal Banker I role in Dublin, OH. After completing a 4-8 week onboarding and education program, you rotate through operations and Sales & Service to prepare for a certified role within the Retail Personal Banker family.

You will use consultative sales to identify customer needs, cross-sell products, and build relationships while processing teller transactions and supporting the Financial Center team.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to analyze financial information and discuss products clearly.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional appearance.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend solutions.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
• Collaborate with partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
