Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process to identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and propose solutions.
• Schedule appointments for periodic financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales.
• Refer customers to partners for holistic solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and revenue goals.
• Assist CSRs with sales/referral process.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethics.
