Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills or combination of education and experience.
• Experience in retail banking or financial services preferred.
• Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers using CAMP and other tools to set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Refer customers to partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) for holistic solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals and drive revenue growth.
