Job summary

Rockland Trust is seeking a Digital Banking Systems Analyst Intern to support the technology behind online and mobile banking, data analytics, and reporting. You will work with Digital Banking, IT, Operations, and vendor partners on real projects and gain experience in FinTech, systems management, and product support.

You’ll participate in a collaborative summer intern project, develop professional skills, and contribute to customer experiences in a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in one of the listed fields.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with support of digital banking systems, including online and mobile platforms.
• Research, document, and troubleshoot system issues and requests.
• Participate in system testing for upgrades and new features.
• Analyze data and prepare reports using Excel and other tools.
• Create and maintain process documentation and workflows.
• Support special projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments to understand business needs.
