Rockland Trust is offering a Digital Banking Systems Analyst Intern role for students excited about technology, analytics, and financial services. You’ll support the systems behind Online/Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, and Digital Banking platforms, gaining hands-on experience in FinTech, systems management, and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, IS, CS, Data Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong computer skills including Excel proficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring and supporting digital banking systems and platforms.
• Research, document, and troubleshoot system issues and requests.
• Participate in system testing for upgrades and new features.
• Analyze data and prepare reports and operational metrics using Excel and reporting tools.
• Create and maintain process documentation and workflows.
• Support special projects and process improvements in digital banking and technology.
