Job summary

Acima Leasing seeks an Area Sales Manager to sell leasing services to retailers in the DFW West territory. You will enroll merchants into the Acima program, train their teams on the online portal, and help grow merchant applications and leases.

The role requires a track record in B2B sales, strong communication, and the ability to manage and train multiple merchants while achieving growth goals. Base + commission with benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales, enterprise account management or outside sales.
• Fluent in English; bilingualSpanish/English encouraged.
• Strong oral and written communication and time-management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to multitask and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Call on and present to new prospects while visiting 11+ stores per week.
• Manage merchant pipelines and support underwriting and inside sales.
• Train merchants on the program and online portal, including onboarding.
• Generate new leases from personally enrolled merchants.
• Maintain CRM using Salesforce and ensure program adherence.
