The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Store #2567 in Salisbury, NC. Starting pay is $16/hour. You will assist customers, determine needs, and recommend Sherwin-Williams products while maintaining store presentation and handling transactions.

Responsibilities include tinting/mixing, stocking, and supporting deliveries. Must be 18+, eligible to work in the U.S., with a valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 70 lbs on occasion.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers and process sales transactions accurately.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain stock, pull products, tint/mix as needed, and assist in deliveries.
