Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Minimum education: High School diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
• Previous experience selling paint and related products preferred.
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment preferred.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service and customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person and by phone with needs and product recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves, display products, tint and mix as needed.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure in-stock presentation.
• Stay knowledgeable on products and options.
