Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support customers at stores within a 20 mile radius of Store #2979 in Concord, NC.

You will greet customers, determine needs, present products, tint and mix as needed, process transactions, stock shelves, and assist with deliveries to help meet monthly and quarterly sales goals. Minimum requirements include being 18+, valid driver license, and ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with store policies.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications and stock displays.
