Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine their needs, and recommend the right solutions. You will answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products and strive to maximize client satisfaction while maintaining the store's high quality and visual standards.

Duties include handling transactions, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing products, supporting deliveries, and staying knowledgeable on product lines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Assist in deliveries when needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
