Job summary

ResultsCX is seeking a Vice President, Sales - Retail for a remote US-based role. You will hunt and close new logos, bringing deep Retail outsourcing expertise and executive credibility to engage CIO/COO-level conversations.

You will develop market strategies, build senior relationships, and lead the full sales cycle from qualification to contract. Travel up to 50% and represent ResultsCX at industry events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise new business sales experience in Retail
• Proven track record of closing 3+ new logos per year in high-value, complex sales
• Deep Retail domain expertise with executive network
• Willingness to travel a minimum of 50%

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close 3+ new logos per year in Retail
• Develop and execute a market development strategy for Retail clients
• Build executive relationships with C-suite and VP-level decision-makers
• Lead full sales cycle from qualification to contract negotiation
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft vertical-specific proposals
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline with weekly forecasts against revenue targets
• Represent ResultsCX at industry events to build brand visibility
