Bell International Laboratories, Incorporated is seeking a Shipping & Inventory Coordinator to manage finished products for outbound shipments, ensure accuracy and timely palletization, and support efficient operations across shipping and receiving.

You will prepare customer orders, pull products, rotate stock by expiration, drive forklifts, use handheld scanners, and generate reports while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years in manufacturing or logistics operations.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for inventory tracking.
• Proficient in inventory control and cycle counting.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and complete customer orders for shipment.
• Downstack pallets into partial pallets for orders.
• Operate Sit Down and Stand-Up forklift.
• Use handheld scanners to locate pallets and racks.
• Reconcile and correct shipping/receiving errors and counts.
• Coordinate with Shipping & Logistics on finished pallets details.
• Investigate and resolve shipping issues promptly.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via organization and weekly cycle counts.
• Generate and maintain shipping/receiving reports for management.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Shipping & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating finishedproducts to pull outbound shipments and to ensureaccuracy, timely, and efficient palletization. This role involves preparing client orders, physically pulling products, maintaining inventory levels, rotation of product going out based on expiration dates and resolvingshipping issues. The coordinator works closely with internal teams and to optimize and support operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete customer orders for shipment of finished products after being released from QA.
• Downstack full pallets into partial pallets for customer orders.
• Ability to drive a Sit Down and Stand-upforklift experience needed.
• Ability to use a scanning handheld to locate pallets to rack locations.
• Reconcile and correct errors in shipping and receiving activities, including counts, pallet dimensions, and shipping methods.
• Communicate with Shipping& Logistics team when orders are finished and ready to ship by providing details of finished pallets such as quantities, dimensions and weights.
• Investigate and resolve shipping or receiving issues promptly.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through organizing, cleaning, and cycle countingon a weekly basis.
• Generate and maintainshipping and receiving reports for management.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

• At least three years of combined experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment, focusing on operations such as warehouse, product delivery coordination, or shipment scheduling.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP) for inventory tracking, reconciliation, and basic data interpretation.
• Practical experience with inventory control, processing, and resolving routineissues.

Preferred Education and Ex2erience:

• High School Graduate or equivalent

Physical Demands:

• Regular standing, walking, reaching,and handling of materials and equipment.
• Frequent lifting and moving of objects weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Occasional bending, crouching, stooping, and kneeling.
• Repetitive hand, finger, and arm motions.
• The ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Visual acuity to inspect product quality and packaging.
• Exposure to manufacturing noise, temperature variations, and materials.
