Job summary

America’s Best in Pennsylvania seeks a General Manager to lead a high-energy eyewear store and deliver exceptional patient experiences. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and coordinate merchandising to meet financial targets.

You will partner with the Doctor to ensure top-tier care, uphold company policies, and coach team members toward service and sales excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the optical industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily store operations, including staffing, inventory, planning, and policies.
• Lead, train, and develop associates through coaching and feedback.
• Drive sales and ensure outstanding customer and patient experiences.
• Partner with the Doctor to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Conduct store audits and maintain merchandising and service standards.
• Manage budgets and reporting, and ensure safety and policy compliance.
