Job summary

Vuori is seeking an Assistant Store Manager of Product to safeguard top-tier customer experience through expert visual merchandising and product operations in our California store.

You will own inbound and outbound product shipments, coordinate with the General Manager and HQ, and coach a team to meet brand standards. Availability for mornings/evenings and weekends is required; the role emphasizes safety, collaboration, and delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and team motivation.
• Expertise in inventory management and product handling SOPs.
• Proven ability to lead visual merchandising and in-store standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with coaching ability.

Responsibilities

• Own daily and weekly product operations and shipments.
• Lead visual merchandising initiatives and seasonal product looks.
• Partner with General Manager on hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Ensure customer experience remains the top priority on the sales floor.
• Support scheduling, labor planning, and budget adherence.
