Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager - Visuals & Operations for the Manhasset location. Lead the sales team, uphold Vuori’s visuals and customer experience, and own daily store operations when the Store Manager is away.

You will empower staff, coordinate merchandising, restocking, and inventory while maintaining high energy in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires availability mornings/evenings, weekends, and a proactive approach to customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience and lead the sales team.
• Own the sales floor and prioritize customer experience.
• Assist with fitting room preparation, sizing and product feedback.
• Build relationships with customers and invite them to events and launches.
• Oversee daily store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
• Contribute to inventory management and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure weekly restocks, cycle counts and shipments are processed.
