ALO is seeking a Director of Retail Operating Model & Technology to lead the integration of processes, people, and technology across global stores. The role focuses on creating scalable, tech-enabled operating routines to support international expansion and improve key metrics such as inventory accuracy and labor spend.

The position requires 10+ years in HQ-based Retail Operations with a strong tech enablement track record, a Bachelor's degree, and ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a headquarter-based Retail Operations function with a focus on technology enablement.
• Bachelors degree in business, information management, operations, or related field.
• Proven track record of developing, influencing, and rolling out retail tools with measurable business outcomes.
• Significant experience in retail/tech with inventory management systems, RFID, and omnichannel tech.
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with multitasking and adaptability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail communication or task management platforms.

Responsabilités

• Maintain efficient weekly and daily store routines, considering location, volume, architecture, and staffing models.
• Partner with Workforce Management to align baseline routines, labor models, and scheduling tools.
• Adapt labor models to support peak execution and seasonal needs.
• Assess feasibility to lift and shift baseline operating models to other countries and business models.
