Job summary

Buffalo Rock Company in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Retail Operations Supervisor to manage delivery, merchandising and supervising staff across assigned accounts.

This full-time role requires coordinating schedules, hiring and coaching employees, and ensuring adherence to Merchandising Standards and company policies. The ROS collaborates with the Retail Operations Manager and focuses on driving sales performance and service quality across the route network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of sales and management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery and merchandising function.
• Supervise the assigned employees.
• Interview, hire, schedule, evaluate, coach, reward, and discipline subordinate employees.
• Establish and monitor all operations and objectives through the efficient use of our total retail route operation system.
• Communicate all transshipping activity in accordance to Company Policy and Procedures.
• Ensure subordinates monitor all assigned accounts for CDA compliance.
• Maintain and verify pricing, product information, and mutual business needs with accounts.
