Job summary

Buffalo Rock Company is seeking a route sales professional to service assigned accounts according to company standards and franchise policy. You will perform route-specific activities, promote new products, and secure incremental displays and promotions while building strong customer relationships.

Daily communication with the supervisor about shortages, returns, changes in delivery orders, and account information is essential.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED; preferred.
No prior experience necessary.
Valid state driver license; CDL where applicable; DOT certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

Service all assigned accounts according to Buffalo Rock Standards and Franchise Policy for service frequency.
Sell in new products, incremental displays, and promotions on the route.
Develop and maintain positive professional customer relationships.
Communicate all transshipping activity and visit weekly all transshipping accounts to pick up pallets, trays, etc.
Take ownership of assigned accounts to ensure the group's success.
Communicate to the supervisor all new accounts in your assigned sales area.
Notify supervisor of any change to an existing account, including ownership or closure.
Complete all required paperwork on time.
Monitor accounts for CDA compliance.
Communicate daily with supervisor on stock shortages, returns, refused orders, and delivery changes.
