Job summary

Buffalo Rock Company is seeking a route sales/merchandising professional in the United States—Columbus, GA area. You will service assigned accounts, promote new products, manage in-store displays, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Frequent communication with a supervisor is required to coordinate deliveries and inventory. You will follow DOT and company policies, work weekends/holidays as needed, and uphold Buffalo Rock's core values.

Qualifications

• Sales and marketing knowledge including product promotion and demos.
• Customer service principles and handling client relationships.
• Basic English communication and writing skills.
• Mathematics for pricing, measurements, and basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Service all assigned accounts according to Buffalo Rock standards and franchise policy.
• Perform route activities including selling in new products, displays, promotions.
• Develop and maintain positive professional customer relationships.
• Communicate transshipping activity and visit accounts weekly to pick up pallets and materials.
• Take ownership of assigned accounts and notify supervisor of changes or closures.
• Complete paperwork per policy and monitor CDA compliance.
• Communicate with supervisor about shortages, returns, changes to orders, and account information.
• Rotate products and remove damaged items on each visit.
• Ensure pallets, trays and CO2 are collected and documented.
• Report competitive activity and support sales goals and core values.
