Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join our CVS/pharmacy Store Management team. You will drive store execution and performance, build consumer loyalty, and lead a productive store team under the Store Manager’s supervision.

Responsibilities include managing the store, sales, inventory, staffing, training, financials, and customer service leadership. This role requires full-time hours and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekend shifts.

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
