Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the CVS/pharmacy store leadership team. You will drive store execution, oversee staffing, inventory, and financial management while delivering outstanding customer service and building store performance.

Under the Store Manager's supervision, you will lead a team, implement action plans for operational improvements, handle scheduling, and ensure safety and quality standards across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and advanced analytical skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, supervision and influencing abilities.
• Willing to work a full-time flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store management activities and supervise store crew.
• Oversee sales, inventory management and financial stewardship.
• Staffing, training and development of employees.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote CVS service culture.
• Communicate with store crew and supervisors to ensure operational excellence.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for service and operational improvements.
