Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager to join the CVS/pharmacy Store Management team. The role focuses on executing store operations, building consumer loyalty through excellent service and leading a productive team under the Store Manager.

You will assist in managing the store’s activities, including staffing, training, inventory and financial processes, while driving performance and customer satisfaction on a full-time basis in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and advanced analytical skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, supervision and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.
