Ulta Beauty is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high‑performing team and deliver top‑line sales growth for the store. The OM oversees the Merchandise Manager and Task Associates, guiding store operations including realignments, planograms, and inventory lifecycle processes.

This role emphasizes accountability, talent development, and adherence to SOPs, with focus on performance, people, and process to ensure guest service and operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or related experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reports, manage payroll budgets, control expenses.
• Retail management: monitor inventory, service culture, merchandising directives.
• Leadership: attract, develop, and motivate a top talent team.

• Promote accountability to meet store goals related to retail and service sales, payroll, omni‑channel and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top‑line sales growth.
• Review store financial and operational reporting and respond to findings.
• Lead staff training, development, performance reviews, and coaching.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and store standards.
• Oversee inventory life-cycle processes, planograms, and realignments.
• Provide guest-focused service and product demonstrations to drive sales.
