lululemon seeks an Assistant Manager, Operations in Chattanooga, TN to lead store operations and people. You will write weekly schedules, monitor budget and payroll, manage inventory and vendor relations, and ensure a seamless guest experience on the shop floor.

You will guide team members, support process improvements, adhere to safety policies, and execute store initiatives that align with lululemon values and community focus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and labor-hours management.
• Experience handling payroll and supporting budgeting and cost controls.
• Ability to manage projects or processes and lead teams in a retail environment.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; bachelor's degree or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager's Operations vision and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules according to labor requirements, availability, and budget.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs and guest experience.
• Review and monitor budget, P&L, expenses, and inform planning processes.
• Provide retail floor leadership and ensure coverage and efficiency of operations.
• Support sell-through management and coordinate labor hours for deliveries.
• Execute company-level operations directives and safety policies.
• Complete payroll and other documentation as required.
• Foster an inclusive, safe, and compliant work environment.
