Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to join our Nashville store leadership team. You will oversee daily operations, scheduling, payroll, and vendor relations while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and effective store performance.

You will coordinate with the Store Manager to manage budgets, inventory, and labor, while guiding a team to deliver a seamless omni-channel guest journey and a safe, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in store operations or retail management preferred.
• Experience coordinating payroll, scheduling, and labor.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager’s Operations vision and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules within labor budgets.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs and guests.
• Monitor budget and key metrics with the Store Manager to inform planning.
• Provide leadership for floor coverage and staffing decisions for efficiency.
• Support inventory accuracy and labor alignment for deliveries.
• Execute company-level operations directives and store initiatives.
• Adhere to safety policies and store policies.
