Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Hurricane, Utah store. You will assist with day-to-day operations, support the Store Manager, and help develop a high-performing team while ensuring exceptional customer service.

You will organize merchandise, supervise staff, and maintain store standards, including safety guidelines and cash handling procedures. This role requires a part-time schedule and a strong commitment to loss prevention and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to loss prevention and asset protection efforts.
