Job summary

San Diego FC is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Operations & Inventory to lead the operational infrastructure across storefronts, stadium locations, online, and events. This role reports to the VP, Licensing & Retail and serves as the operational backbone of the department.

Responsibilities include inventory controls, warehouse operations, fulfillment, SOPs, stadium conversions, matchday preparation, and product deployment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of retail leadership experience; live events or sports experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing warehouse, inventory, and fulfillment for high-volume retailers.
• Comfort with event-based schedules, including matchdays and activations.

Responsibilities

• Inventory controls and accuracy across warehouse and retail locations.
• Warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, pick/pack, organization.
• Fulfillment for digital transactions sourced from warehouse.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for back-of-house functions.
• Lead stadium conversions and matchday/event preparation.
