Job summary

San Diego FC is hiring part-time Retail Associates to support our flagship store, matchday locations at Snapdragon Stadium, our warehouse, and mobile retail units across the county. You'll be cross-trained to work across environments, from high-volume stadium sales to personalized jersey customization and ecommerce fulfillment, delivering warm fan service while meeting performance goals.

Ideal candidates are flexible, reliable, bilingual, and able to stand for long periods, lift items, and work

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work all 21 home matches plus potential playoffs.
• Availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• POS experience.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional customer service and set the tone for fans.
• Drive front-line selling and meet sales targets.
• Handle questions, exchanges, and tickets with care.
• Maintain knowledge of kits and merchandise across all locations.
• Process jersey personalization orders accurately.
• Fulfill ecommerce orders and manage in-store pickup.
• Operate POS systems and reconcile end-of-shift sales.
• Protect assets by following loss prevention practices.
• Assist with matchday build-out, tear-down, restocking.
• Support grassroots club initiatives with promotional materials.
