ALO, renowned for its mindful movement ethos, seeks an Operations Lead to guide store profitability and efficiency at our Honolulu location. You will collaborate with the Operations & Visual Manager, delegate tasks, and coach a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes inventory control, floor execution, and cross-functional collaboration, with responsibilities spanning shipments, replenishment, and staff development in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Lead & execute inventory management processes with focus on maximizing inventory accuracy and reducing shrink.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team and guests.
• Leads by example and inspires staff in daily operations and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead & execute inventory management processes for accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues in partnership with the General Manager.
• Oversee shipment, receiving, processing, and floor replenishment activities.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor and maintain stockroom standards.
