Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will work with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager on performance metrics and ensure tasks and processes are followed with attention to detail.

Responsibilities include merchandising resets, inventory, shipments, and maintaining tester availability while upholding company policies and a professional dress code.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Keep fixtures stocked with merchandise and maintain store cleanliness.
• Support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager on performance metrics.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures.
• Process shipments and inventory counts following Ulta Beauty’s procedures.
• Drive operational excellence by replenishing, facing, and ensuring testers are available.
• Maintain store standards and cleanliness across salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break areas.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing guest service.
