Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experience. You will help keep merchandise stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager by focusing on performance, people, and process.

This role requires attention to detail and adherence to procedures. Responsibilities include ensuring product availability, completing shipment and replenishment tasks, and maintaining store standards while supporting a positive guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., POS systems, Apple devices) and able to learn Ulta Beauty tech.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and products are available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to the task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts and procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
