Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will help stock merchandise, maintain store cleanliness, and assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager in daily tasks.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and merchandise is available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and replenishment processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Support training and brand/category education for ongoing development.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and loss prevention best practices.
• Perform basic operational tasks and ensure a clean, well-stocked sales floor.
