Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support daily store operations, merchandise replenishment, cleanliness, and guest service. You will work with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to ensure product is available and shelves are neat, while following procedures and compliance standards.

The role emphasizes adaptability, attendance, and teamwork, with training on brand education and category knowledge to boost sales performance and deliver an exceptional Ulta Beauty guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates, peers, and guests.
• Regularly participate in ongoing training to enable continued professional development and drive sales performance.
