The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in training delivery within retail operations and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in curriculum development and training delivery.
• Experience in retail operations preferred.
• Familiarity with learning management systems.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop training materials using various modalities.
• Administer training for new store openings and new hires.
• Conduct needs assessments and provide follow-up support.
