Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload as determined with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on performance and maintain a strong visible presence in the department.
• Support all aspects of performance and development for the designated team to encourage growth.
• Provide timely feedback about performance and share observations with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, operations, and procedures.
• Promote sales and act as Leader On Duty (LOD) as required.
• Review business results and customer feedback with the Assistant Store Leader to adjust plans.
