Job summary

Lids Sports Group is hiring a Sales & Operations Recruiter in Indianapolis to support the organization’s talent strategy across field operations and corporate hiring initiatives. You will partner with leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent, handling high-volume recruiting while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of progressive recruiting experience.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and sourcing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment process for retail store positions and corporate roles.
• Develop candidate pipelines for store operations and district leadership.
• Collaborate with District Managers, HR, and business leaders to prioritize staffing needs.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen and interview candidates and coordinate scheduling, offers, and onboarding.
