Job summary

Lids Sports Group in Indianapolis seeks a Sales & Operations Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for store operations and corporate roles. You’ll partner with district leaders to build pipelines, source candidates across channels, and manage interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in high-volume recruiting, strong communication, and meticulous process management, with a focus on candidate experience and compliance. Onsite office environment with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of progressive recruiting experience.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for retail store positions from requisition to onboarding.
• Develop candidate pipelines for retail management and field roles.
• Partner with district managers and HR to align staffing priorities.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and talent mapping.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to fit role requirements and culture.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and hiring documentation.
• Track metrics like time-to-fill and source effectiveness; ensure legal compliance.
• Provide exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences throughout the process.
• Support corporate recruiting efforts for exempt roles as needed.
