Lids Sports Group is seeking an Operations Intern to join our Indianapolis team. This on-site internship, located at our corporate office, offers mentorship and real-world projects across sports, retail, and fashion.

Relocation may be required for non-local candidates, and a 3.0+ GPA is expected from a marketing-related degree candidate. Interns will work under mentors, present business projects to leadership, and gain marketable career experience with a strong pathway to full-time placement

Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 minimum required.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s or higher degree in Marketing-related field at an accredited college/university.
• On-site internship at the Indianapolis corporate office; relocation may be required for non-local students.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication with field supervisors and corporate partners.
• Identify opportunities to enhance store-level strategies and direction.
• Provide analysis on programs such as scheduling, traffic, wages, and contests.
• Spend a minimum of four hours per week in retail stores to assess improvements.
