Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store operations, ensure stock readiness, and support a customer-focused selling culture. You will report to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager and drive daily business performance.

The role requires coaching, strong execution, and the ability to manage inventory and compliance while maintaining store standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction.
• Strong attention to detail and execution.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach in real time.
• 1-2 years retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, and prolonged standing.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).

Responsibilities

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization.
• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy.
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Identifies and escalates operational issues.
