Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co in the United States is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily store operations, ensure readiness, and coach team members. This role reports to the Store Manager and collaborates with cross-functional partners to deliver a premium customer experience.

You will manage shipments, stock organization, visual standards, safety, and compliance while developing talent and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Strong attention to detail and execution
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to coach in real time
• 1–2 years retail experience preferred
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)

Responsibilities

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization
• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Identifies and escalates operational issues
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business
