Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store readiness and ensure exceptional customer experiences. This values-based role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on execution, efficiency, and coaching of team members.

As a supervisor, you’ll manage shipments, replenishment, inventory accuracy, safety, and compliance, while coaching associates and leading by example in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Strong attention to detail and execution.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach in real time.
• 1–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).

Responsibilities

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization
• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Identifies and escalates operational issues
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business
