Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a retail supervisor.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Management and supervision of store crew and opening/closing procedures.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to uphold CVS customer service standards.
• Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues to improve performance.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information.
• Merchandise, price, stock and display weekly, promotional, and seasonal items.
