Job summary

GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF NORTHEAST IOWA, INC. is seeking a Dubuque Store Assistant Manager to supervise daily retail operations. Candidates should possess a High School diploma or equivalent and strong communication skills. The position offers an hourly wage of $17.1 - $18.68.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year military service or related full-time employment.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Must be willing to obtain a forklift license if able.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Sales Associates, Utility Workers, Team Leads, ADC Attendants, and Production Workers.
• Evaluates performance and takes corrective action when necessary.
• Ensures that all store/operations documentation is completed accurately.
• Analyzes monthly production, sales and donor reports to identify weaknesses.
