Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking an Operations Support Associate to help ensure smooth daily operations in retail stores. You will handle receiving deliveries, process merchandise per guidelines, assist with stock checks, and support store recovery and customer service on the sales floor.

The role covers inventory management, visual merchandising support, and various store operations. Position may be offered as full-time or part-time depending on business needs, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Back of house experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and possibly overnight shifts and travel.

Responsibilities

• Handle receiving, stock processing and store replenishment.
• Support sales floor with stock checks and merchandise delivery.
• Maintain organized stockroom and ensure store standards are met.
