Qualifications

• Experience in back-of-house or similar high-volume environment preferred.
• Excellent communication with customers and store staff required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move around store areas.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and RFID tagging to meet hourly goals.
• Inspect deliveries for damages and proper placement of tags.
• Execute daily RFID inventory scans for replenishment.
• Handle ship-to-home orders and store-to-store transfers.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor per guidelines.
• Support sales floor with stock checks and merchandise delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service and greet shoppers on the floor.
• Process transactions and follow returns/discount policies.
