Job summary

The Guitar Center Company is seeking an Operations Associate to support in-store stocking, shipping/receiving, and inventory control. You will help merchandise products to planograms and ensure signage and pricing accuracy for a great customer experience.

Qualified candidates are comfortable in a loud retail environment, able to lift up to 40 lbs, and available for weekends, holidays, and evenings. This role emphasizes teamwork and initiative in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to work in a loud environment for 5–8 hours.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control tasks.
• Shipping and receiving gear and other items.
• Cycle counting of inventory.
• Stocking and merchandising to a planogram.
• Printing and placing signage and price signs (POP).
• Shrink awareness and control.
• Additional duties as assigned.
