Job summary

Guitar Center Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to manage inventory, shipping and receiving, and merchandising to ensure a great in-store experience. The role supports daily tasks, stock control, and asset protection within a fast-paced retail environment.

The position requires lifting up to 40 lbs, weekend/evening availability, and comfort working in a loud store setting; prior Microsoft Office familiarity is essential for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Must be able to work in a loud environment for 5-8 hours
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities

• Inventory control tasks.
• Shipping and receiving of gear and other items.
• Cycle counting of inventory.
• Stocking and merchandising to a planogram.
• Printing and placing of signage and price signs (POP).
• Cash handling.
• Shrink awareness and control.
• Additional duties as assigned.
