Job summary

Guitar Center Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to support in-store operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory control, and merchandising to planograms. The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, initiative, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have basic MS Office skills, be able to work weekends and evenings in a loud, busy setting, and lift up to 40 lbs. Compensation ranges are posted, and full benefits apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle inventory control processes and stock accuracy.
• Oversee shipping and receiving of gear and other items.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Stock and merchandise merchandise to planograms for optimal presentation.
• Print and place signage and price signs (POP) to support sales.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash handling practices.
• Maintain shrink awareness and implement controls.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
