Job summary

Guitar Center Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to help keep our stores stocked, merchandised, and ready for customers. You will handle shipping and receiving, inventory tasks, and daily store operations to ensure a great shopping experience.

Candidates should be comfortable with lifting up to 40 lbs, working weekends and evenings, and using Microsoft Office while collaborating with the team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to work in a loud environment for 5-8 hours.
• Weekend, holiday, and evening availability.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control tasks.
• Shipping and receiving of gear and items.
• Cycle counting of inventory.
• Stocking and merchandising to a planogram.
• Printing and placing signage and price signs (POP).
• Cash handling.
• Shrink awareness and control.
• Additional duties as assigned.
