Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, food service, hospitality, operations, or related environment.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to coach, influence, and support team members without direct supervisory authority.
• Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
• Willingness to support multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Execute Arden's Garden operational procedures accurately and consistently.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on company policies, systems, processes, and operational standards.
• Maintain exceptional standards for cleanliness, organization, food safety, product quality, and store readiness.
• Monitor store operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and execution.
• Support implementation of new operational initiatives and process improvements.
• Assist with inventory management, receiving, product rotation, and stock organization.
• Provide onboarding and operational training of new team members and coaching on procedures and customer service standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction and model customer engagement and product knowledge.
